One of the first commissions in 1997 was an accommodation website for St. Lucia Wetlands Guest House and over the years, many similar websites have been designed but none in Durban. Until a commission for Tudor House Inn website on Umhlanga Rocks Drive.
As with all marketing websites – I believe, at least – the client’s contact details must be easily readable at the top of each page. I get irritated when I have to go to a Contact page just to find a phone number or email. Visitors tend to find enough information on a good home page to decide whether to contact the site owner. Which is where the contact information should be. Similarly, if an accommodation establishment has a TGCSA grading, that should be prominent – but not HUGE as in some websites.
The website employs a simple slider with a slide out online booking link and a Location page from anywhere in the country to the front door.
